基于发展情境论的高职护生职业决策困难影响路径分析

    Analysis of the influencing paths of creer decision-making difficulties for vocational college nursing students based on developmental contextualism

      目的: 分析高职护生职业决策困难现况以及影响路径,为促进高职护生职业决策提供理论参考。
      方法: 采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、觉知压力量表(CPSS)、职业决策自我效能感量表(CDMSE)和职业决策困难量表(CDDQ)对786名高职护生进行调查。
      结果: 高职护生PSSS、CPSS、CDMSE、CDDQ评分分别为 (59.52 ± 16.16)分、(40.08 ± 9.35)分、(86.00 ± 18.20)分和(58.01 ± 11.70)分,两两均有明显相关性(P < 0.01);高职护生CDMSE在PSSS与CDDQ中起部分中介效应;中介效应占总效应的83.76%。PSSS和CPSS可明显预测CDDQ(P < 0.01),PSSS和CPSS的交互效应明显(P < 0.01);简单斜率图显示,随着CPSS水平的升高,高职护生PSSS对CDMSE的正向效应减弱。
      结论: 高职护生职业决策困难处于中等水平,CPSS在高职护生PSSS−CDMSE−CDDQ这一中介过程中的前半路径起到负向调节作用。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To analyze the current situation of career decision-making difficulties among vocational college nursing students and influencing paths, and provide the theoretical references for promoting career decision-making among vocational college nursing students.
      Methods A survey was conducted among 786 vocational college nursing students using the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE) and Career Decision Difficulty Scale (CDDQ).
      Results The scores of PSSS, CPSS, CDMSE and CDDQ of vocational college nursing students were (59.52 ± 16.16) points, (40.08 ± 9.35) points, (86.00 ± 18.20) points and (58.01 ± 11.70) points, respectively, and there was a significant correlation between any two (P < 0.01). The CDMSE of vocational college nursing students played a partial mediating effect in PSSS and CDDQ. The mediating effect accounted for 83.76% of the total effect. PSSS and CPSS could significantly predict CDDQ (P < 0.01), and the interaction effect between PSSS and CPSS was obvious (P < 0.01). The simple slope graph showed that with the increasing of CPSS level, the positive effect of PSSS on CDMSE of vocational college nursing students weakened.
      Conclusions The difficulty of career decision-making for vocational college nursing students is at a medium level. CPSS plays a negative moderating role in the first half of the mediating process of PSSS-CDMSE-CDDQ for vocational college nursing students.
