腹腔镜术治疗异位妊娠116例临床分析

Peritoneoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy: A report of 116 cases

摘要: 目的: 探讨腹腔镜术治疗异位妊娠的可行性及安全性。方法: 回顾分析我院2002年11月~2004年11月收治的经腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠116例的临床资料。结果: 18例腹腔内出血在1 000 ml以上。116例均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无中转开腹手术,无并发症发生,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论: 腹腔镜下手术已成为治疗异位妊娠的首选,对休克型异位妊娠亦是安全的。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of peritoneoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: The clinical data of 116 cases of ectopic pregnancy receiving peritoneoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The results were successful in all the cases.No complication occurred and no one was converted to laparotomy.The amount of intraperitoneal hemorrhage was over 1 000 ml in 18 cases.All the cases were cured.Conclusions: Peritoneoscopy is the choice treatment for ectopic pregnancy,and it is also safe for women with shock ectopic pregnancy.
