    数字化三维成形钛网修补大面积颅骨缺损10例临床体会

    Clinical comprehend of digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh to repair the large skull defects

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨数字化三维成形钛网在大面积颅骨缺损修补手术中的应用。方法:对10例应用数字化三维成形钛网进行的大面积颅骨缺损择期修补手术进行回顾性分析。结果:10例患者均塑形满意。术后无一例切口感染、修补材料移位、外露等严重并发症发生。结论:应用数字化成形三维钛网修补大面积颅骨缺损,钛网与颅骨缺损吻合效果满意,排斥反应少,可作为大面积颅骨缺损修补手术的首选材料。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the application of digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh in repairing large skull defects.Methods: Ten cases of large skull defects repaired with digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh in selective operations were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All cases were repaired satisfactorily.There was no severe complication including wound infection,restore-material displacing or revealing happened.Conclusions: The digital three-dimensional reconstructed titanium mesh had advantages including good inosculation and low rejection,it could be the first selecting material to repair large skull defects.
