Abstract:
Objective To explore the the clinical value of transperitoneal robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer in the treatment of high-risk prostate cancer.
Method Sixty high-risk prostate cancer patients treated with extraperitoneal radical prostatectomy were selected. The observation group (30 cases) were treated with robot -assisted laparoscopic technology, and the control group (30 cases) were treated with conventional laparoscopic technology. The relevant surgical indexes and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.
Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intestinal function recovery time and postoperative drainage time in the observation group were less than those in control group (P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01). There was no statistcial significance in the incidence of rectal injury, positive incisal margin and urine leakage between two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusions Peritoneal robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for high-risk prostate cancer has the characteristics of safety, precision, less trauma and quick recovery, and is worthy of clinical application.
