Effect of Tongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage on cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis

摘要:
目的探讨铜砭刮痧与穴位按摩联合治疗法在气滞血瘀型颈椎病中的临床治疗效果。
方法将60例气滞血瘀型颈椎病病人行数字双盲法分为对照组和联合治疗组，各30例，对照组只给予常规治疗，联合治疗组另结合铜砭刮痧与穴位按摩治疗，对比2组病人临床疗效、颈部功能及症状改善、中医症候评分以及治疗后生活质量改善情况。
结果2组病人分别治疗后，联合治疗组的简式疼痛问卷(MPQ)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分、中医症候评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，临床疗效好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。
结论铜砭刮痧联合穴位按摩治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病症状改善明显，病人生活质量显著提升，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Tongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.
MethodsSixty cervical spondylosis patients with Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome was divided into control group and combination group by line digital double blind method, 30 cases in control group were given conventional treatment, combined group) combined with copper span scrapping with point massage treatment, compared two groups patients clinical curative effect, neck function and symptoms improve, TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement after treatment.
ResultsAfter treatment, MPQ score, NDI score and TCM syndrome score in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, and the clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsTongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis can significantly improve the symptoms and patients' quality of life, which has high clinical application value.
