Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the HBsAg situation in the newly enrolled college students and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of hepatitis B in the university.
Methods: The venous blood of the freshmen were collected on an empty stomach in the morning and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the HBsAg.And the students with positive HBsAg and increased ALT were detected the HBV five indicators by ELISA.
Results: The rate of HBsAg infection was 4.56%,in which,male accounted for 5.70% and female 3.69%.
Conclusions: The rate of HBsAg infection in the freshmen in the university is much lower than that of the social crowd.
