Abstract:
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the quality of nursing care for the prevention of rebleeding in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding based on a three-dimensional quality structure model, and provide a quantitative nursing management method for the prevention of rebleeding in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
Methods Based on the previous evidence-based practice, combined with semi-structured interviews and group discussions, the content of quality evaluation indicators was initially formulated; The index system and its weights were finally determined through two rounds of expert consultation and hierarchical analysis.
Results The questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100.0%. The authority coefficients were 0.875 and 0.885, respectively, the familiarity coefficients were 0.853 and 0.867, respectively, the judgment coefficients were 0.897 and 0.903, respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.104 and 0.113, respectively. The construction of the quality evaluation index system for the prevention and care of rebleeding in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding consisted of three parts: structure, process and result. The structure index includes 15 items, the process index includes 36 items, and the result index includes 11 items.
Conclusions The constructed quality evaluation index system for the prevention and care of rebleeding in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding is scientific, feasible, appropriate and practical, and can provide a basis for nursing management for the quality evaluation and continuous improvement of the prevention and care of rebleeding in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
