三维可视化技术在肾上腺肿瘤切除机器人手术教学中的应用

    Application of Three-Dimensional Visualization Technology in Robotic Surgical Education for Adrenal Tumor Resection

      目的: 研究三维可视化技术在临床实习生手术教学中的应用效果。
      方法: 选取蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院40名临床医学本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受传统医学理论教育结合二维图谱或模具视频讲解,观察组则在三维可视化技术应用条件下接受教学。
      结果: 观察组培训后基础理论成绩、实践操作成绩及总分均高于对照组(P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01);且观察组与对照组相比,优秀率显著提高(P < 0.01)。对教学方式的理解程度、直观程度、生动有趣程度、满意程度方面,观察组评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.01)。
      结论: 在临床手术教学中应用三维可视化技术,可明显提升教学效果,加强教学的趣味性以及直观性,较传统二维教学方法可得到更高的满意率,值得进一步推广。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To study the application effect of 3D visualization technology in surgical teaching for clinical interns.
      Method A total of 40 clinical undergraduate interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received traditional medical theory education combined with two-dimensional atlas or mold video explanations, while the observation group received teaching under the conditions of three-dimensional visualization technology application.
      Result After training, the observation group had higher scores in basic theory, practical operation, and total score than the control group (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01); And compared with the control group, the excellent rate of the observation group was significantly improved (P < 0.01). In terms of understanding, intuitiveness, vividness, and satisfaction with teaching methods, the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.01).
      Conclusion The application of 3D visualization technology in clinical surgical teaching can significantly improve teaching effectiveness, enhance the fun and intuitiveness of teaching, and achieve higher satisfaction rates compared to traditional 2D teaching methods.
