Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relationship between serum levels of CA15-3,CA125,CEA,PRL and breast cancer with bone metastasis.
Methods: The levels of the serum CA15-3,CA125,CEA and PRL in 60 healthy people,67 patients with breast benign hyperplasia and 95 patients with breast cancer were measured with ECLIA,whose were compared in breast cancer patients before and after surgery and before and after bone metastasis.
Results: The levels of serum CA15-3,CA125,CEA and PRL in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with breast benign hyperplasia and healthy people(
P<0.01).The levels of serum CA15-3,CA125,CEA and PRL in patients with breast cancer significantly decreased after operation(
P<0.01).The levels of serum CA15-3,CA125,CEA and PRL in patients with bond metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without bond metastasis.
Conclusions: Detecting the levels of serum CA15-3,CA125,CEA and PRL may have important value in diagnosing and judging prognosis of breast cancer(
P<0.01).
