Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Methods: Thirty cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by radiofrequency ablation in the guidance of B-type ultrasonic and followed for 6 months.
Results: There were 18 cases of amenorrhea,5 cases of lower menstrual blood volume and 6 cases of scanty menses in the 30 cases.The total effective rate was 96.67% in this study.
Conclusions: The radiofrequency ablation for treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding is proved to be a safe,simple,convenient and effective minor invasiveness operation method.
