金黄色葡萄球菌L型产B型肠毒素及其基因的研究

Study on staphylococcal enterotoxin B production and its gene of Staphylococcus aureus L-forms

摘要: 目的: 探讨金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)L型肠毒素B的产生量及其基因存在情况。方法: 将金葡菌诱导成稳定L型后,用ELISA法检测葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB),用PCR法检测SEB基因。结果: 金葡菌L型SEB的产生量与原菌比差别无显著性(P>0.05),PCR发现478bp的阳性条带。结论: 金葡菌变异为L型后SEB产生量不变,其基因也未丢失。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB) production and its gene of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) L-forms.Methods: The production of SEB was examined by method ELISA and its gene was observed by PCR after S.aureus was induced into stable L-forms.Results: There was no significant difference in SEB production between S.aureus and its L-forms(P>0.05),and positive band of (478 bp) was observed by PCR in S.aureus L-forms.Conclusions: SEB production is not changed and its gene is not lost after S.aureus is changed into L-forms.
