Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the disease management mode for intestinal fistula patients treated with fibrin adhesive sealing based on Internet + collective wisdom.
Methods By using the convenience sampling method, 60 intestinal fistula patients treated with fibrin adhesive sealing were selected as the research subjects, and divided into the observation group and control group according to the admission time, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and health education, while the observation group were treated with the Internet + group intelligence disease management mode on the basis of the control group. The differences in the disease perception score, negative emotion score, quality of life score and nutritional indicators between two groups before and after the intervention were compared. The differences in the number of gel blockage treatments, success rate of gel blockage treatment, incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction between two groups were compared after intervention.
Results The disease perception scores and negative emotion scores in two groups after intervention were lower than those before the intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. After intervention, the quality of life scores and nutritional indicators in two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and which in the observation group was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01). After intervention, there was no statistical significance in the number of rubber blockage treatment between two groups. The success rate of rubber blockage treatment and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
Conclusions Compared with the conventional nursing, the disease management mode for intestinal fistula patients treated with fibrin adhesive sealing based on Internet + collective intelligence has a better clinical application effect. It can improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce their negative awareness of the disease, improve negative emotions, and enhance the quality of life.
