    脑复灵对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用

    The protective effects of naofuling on local cerebral ischemia in rats

    • 摘要: 目的: 研究脑复灵对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法: 电凝阻断大脑中动脉,制备局灶性脑缺血模型,以观察脑复灵对大鼠神经行为障碍、脑梗死范围、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果: 脑复灵能不同程度地改善大脑中动脉阻断后而引起的神经行为障碍,减轻脑梗死组织重量,较明显地提高SOD活性(P<0.01),降低MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论: 脑复灵对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有较好的保护作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the protective effects of NFL on local cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods: The local cerebral ischemia in rat was made by electricity cogulation block middle cerebral artery.To observe the effects of NFL on neurobehavioral disorders,the infarct weight of brain was determined by NBT stain,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA).Results: NFL improved differently the abnormal nervous symptoms and decreased significantly the infarct weight of brain.It increased the SOD activity and reduced contents of MDA.Conclusions: NFL has protective effects against local cerebral ischemia in rats.
