Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of home made vinorelbine plus cisplatin therapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: Twenty-five cases of stage Ⅲb to Ⅳ NSCLC received vinorelbine and cisplatin therapy.One course of treatment consisted of 3 to 4 weeks and the clinical effects were assessed after two courses of treatment.Results: The overall response rate was 44%.The medium response time was 3.7 months,and the medium survival time 9.8 months.The most frequent toxic reactions were leukopenia(96%) and phlebitis(44%).Conclusions: Vinorellbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy has a good curative effect and low toxicity in treatment of advanced NSCLC.
