免疫细胞化学在急性白血病免疫分型及骨髓转移癌鉴定中的应用

    The application of the immunocytochemistry in assaying acute leukemia immunotyping and bone marrow metastatic carcinoma

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)免疫分型及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定。方法: 采用免疫细胞化学法,使用常规8种CD分子抗体和二种CK分子抗体,测定39例AL免疫表型和10例肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的免疫表达。结果: 免疫分型与FAB形态学分型有较高的符合率,也存在CD抗原在淋系或髓系交叉或反向表达。3例AL应用FAB形态学难以定型的,应用免疫细胞化学得到了鉴定。10例肿瘤细胞骨髓转移应用免疫细胞化学得到了诊断。结论: 应用免疫细胞化学可以弥补FAB形态学对白血病分型的不足,尤其是应用FAB形态学难以分型的AL及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定,提高其诊断的准确性。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the determination of the acute leukemia(AL) immunotyping and the bone marrow's(BM) metastatic tumor cell.Methods: The immunotyping of 39 cases of acute leukemia and 10 cases of BM metastatic tumor cell were detected by immunocytochemistry,with 8 routine CD markers and 2 kinds of CK antibodies.Results: The immunotyping and FAB morphological classification manifested a high coincidental rate,but there existed CD antigen's cross and reversal phenomena in lymphatic system and bone marrow system.The 3 cases of acute leukemia difficult to type with FAB morphology were identified with immunocytochemistry.The 10 cases of BM metastatic tumor cell were also diagnosed with the immunocytochemistry.Conclusions: The insufficiency in leukemia typing with FAB morphology,especially the acute leukemia and bone marrow metastatic tumor cell which are difficult to type with FAB morphology,can be supplemented with immunocytochemistry.
