Abstract:
Objective: To explore the reasons for emergency nurse's leaving,and to provide the basis for hospital managers in reducing the turnover rate.
Methods: Twelve leaving emergency nurses were semi-structured individual interviewed using qualitative research method,the result of which was analyzed.
Results: The subject was refined by listening to recording,analyzing and confirming.The work environment and property,immature management system,supports from social and family,low organizational commitment and high competency were the main factors.
Conclusions: Nurse managers should create the harmonious working environment and provide the emotional support to reduce the turnover rate.
