ICU患者睡眠状况的相关因素分析

Analysis of the factors influencing the sleep of patients in ICU

摘要: 目的:对ICU患者睡眠状况及其影响因素进行调查与分析。方法:采用睡眠状况自评量表(self rating scale of sleep,SRSS)和自行设计的调查问卷,对入住的124例ICU患者进行调查。结果:80.6%的患者SRSS评分>23分,自我感觉在ICU期间睡眠不良。影响患者睡眠障碍的因素依次为身体不适、担心自己的疾病及预后、限制探视及无陪护、心理负担、噪音等。结论:ICU患者存在一定的睡眠问题,需要提供相应的措施,改善ICU患者的睡眠质量。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate and analyze the sleeping condition of patient in ICU department.Methods:One hundred twenty-four patients in ICU department were investigated with SRSS and self-designed questionnaire.Results:The SRSS score of 80.6% patients was less than 23,and they felt their sleep quality bad.The influencing factors included worrying about their disease and prognosis,scant visit,lack of company,psychological burden and noises.Conclusions:The patients in ICU department have certain sleep problems and the nursing staff should take measures to improve their sleep quality.
