Methods: Twenty-eight cases of ocular perforation injury combined with traumatic cataract were performed debridement and suturing. The surgery time was decided according to the damage degree of the lens. After erasing the lens cortex completely, the intraocular lens was implanted.
Results: No serious complication occurred in all the 28 cases, and the vision of most cases restored to 0.15-0.8.
Conclusions: Proper surgery time and procedure may lead to better treatment results.
