    经皮附睾、睾丸穿刺取精卵浆内显微注射治疗阻塞性无精子症

    Percutaneous epididymal and/or testicular sperm aspiration and intracytoplasmic sperm injection in the treatment of obstructive azoospermia

    • 摘要: 目的: 应用经皮附睾、睾丸穿刺取精术(PETSA),结合单精子卵浆内显微注射(ICSI)技术治疗阻塞性无精子症。方法: 对8对不孕症夫妇,男性采用经皮附睾、睾丸穿刺取精术;女方采用长方案和短方案超排卵,对分裂中期(M Ⅱ)的卵母细胞行ICSI。结果: 9个周期中,获M Ⅱ 46个,均行ICSI,其中正常受精33个,形成胚胎22个,3例临床妊娠。结论: PET SA和ICSI技术是治疗男性阻塞性无精子症不育的有效方法。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To treat obstructive azoospermia by percutaneous epididymal,testicular sperm aspiration(PETSA) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI).Methods: Eight couples were performed PETSA and ICSI.The male were treated by PETSA to obtain normal spermatozoon.Ovarian stimulation was achieved by the long or short protocol.All metaphas Ⅱ (MⅡ) oocytes were selected for ICSI.Results: Forty-six MⅡ oocytes were injected in 9 cycles;33 fertilized;and 22 embryos were implanted.Three couples achieved clinical pregnancy.Conclusions: PETSA and ICSI are effective approaches in treatment of obstructive azoospermia.
