二级甲等医院继续医学教育现状及其影响因素调查分析

    The status of continuing medical education and its influencing factors in a Class Ⅱ Grade A hospital

    • 摘要: 目的: 通过对某二级甲等医院继续医学教育现状的调查,分析影响二级甲等医院继续医学教育的主要因素,提出相应对策.方法: 采用自行设计调查问卷,现场调查509名医务人员基本信息、参加继续医学教育的动机及障碍因素,并进行比较分析.结果: 影响继续医学教育的主要因素有,职业发展动机89.2%、工作忙84.0%、培训地点远62.9%、社会因素51.1%及个人兴趣50.1%;继续医学教育以学术讲座或会议(74.3%)和培训班(68.3%)的形式为主;学习内容以本专业的新理论、新技术(77.0%)为主.不同职称、编制的医务人员参加继续医学教育的形式差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01);不同职称、岗位的医务人员在参加继续医学教育的动机、障碍上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01).结论: 不同职称、岗位的医务人员,应该按照需要制订相应的继续医学教育计划,以提高继续医学教育的普及性与可行性,提高医务人员的整体素质.

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the continuing medical education status of a Class Ⅱ Grade A hospital,and analyze its influencing factors and countermeasures.Methods: The basic information,motivation and obstacle factors of attending the continuing medical education of 509 medical staff were investigated and analyzed using a self-designed questionnaire.Results: The main influencing factors included professional development motivation(89.2%),unreasonable time arrangement(84.0%),long distance of training places(62.9%),social factors(51.1%) and individual interest(50.1%).Academic lectures(74.3%) and training courses(68.3%) were the main forms of continuing medical education,and the professional new theory and technology were the main study content(77.0%).The difference of the continuing medical education form in different titles and staffing levels medical staff were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The differences of the motivation and obstacle factors of attending the continuing medical education in different titles and posts medical staff were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions: The according continuing medical education plan is formulated according to the title and post of medical staff,which can improve the popularity and accessibility of continuing education and overall quality of medical staff.
