Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of orthokeratology in treatment of young people with myopia.Methods: The myopia of 94 cases(186 eyes) were corrected by orthokeratology,and the efficacy and the complication were observed.Results: During the follow-up of 6 months,all the 94 cases improved significantly and no severe complications occurred.Conclusions: Ortheratology is safe and effective for treatment of myopia in the teenages with no serious complications.
