    子宫输卵管超声造影诊断不孕症43例临床分析

    Clinical study on SonoVue-hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the diagnosis of infertility

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨声诺维子宫输卵管超声造影(SonoVue-HyCoSy)诊断不孕症的临床应用价值。方法:43例不孕症患者,其中27例原发性不孕,16例继发性不孕。对43例83条输卵管分别进行SonoVue-HyCoSy和碘油造影(HSG),观察比较2种方法造影剂在输卵管内的流动过程,判断输卵管的通畅性。结果:2种检查结果差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.33,P>0.05)。以HSG为诊断标准,SonoVue-HyCoSy评价输卵管通畅性的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及正确率分别为95.1%、100.0%、100.0%、88.0%、96.4%。结论:SonoVue-HyCoSy对于诊断输卵管源性不孕症有很高的敏感性和特异性,而且与传统的HSG相比简便易行,无放射线伤害,具有潜在的临床应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of SonoVue-hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(SonoVue-HyCoSy) in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods: Totally 83 fallopian tubes in 43 infertile women including 27 primary infertility and 16 acquired infertility were examined with both SonoVue-HyCoSy and hysterosalpingography(HSG).Real-time assessment of tubal patency was conducted by monitoring of contrast agent in the tubal lumen.Results: The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accurate rate of SonoVue-HyCoSy were 95.1%,100.0%,100.0%,88.0%,and 96.4%,respectively.There were no significant differences found between the SonoVue-HyCoSy group and HSG group for above parametres.Conclusions: SonoVue-HyCoSy was an excellent technique with very high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of inferty.Compared with HSG,SonoVue-HyCoSy was more reliable,non-invasive and able to benefit for women with infertility.
