两种不同术式一期修复尿道下裂的疗效比较

Comparison for two different surgical methods for one-stage hypospadias repair

摘要: 目的:对比评价横行带蒂包皮皮瓣法与阴囊纵隔血管带蒂皮瓣法在一期修复尿道下裂中的治疗效果。方法:60例尿道下裂患者随机分为2组,A组30例行横行带蒂包皮皮瓣法,B组30例行阴囊纵隔血管带蒂皮瓣法,比较2组的治愈率和术后并发症发生率。结果:随访6个月至2年,A组治愈率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:横行带蒂包皮皮瓣法操作虽稍复杂,但手术成功率高、并发症少,可优先考虑。

Abstract: Objective: To comparitively evaluate the pedicled transverse preputial flap and scrotal septal vascular pedicle flap for one-stage hypospadias repair.Methods: Sixty cases of hypospadias were divided randomly into two groups.Group A including 30 cases were treated with pedicled transverse preputial flap;Group B including 30 cases were treated with scrotal septal vascular pedicle flap.The efficiency of surgery was compared between the two groups.Results: The cure rate was higher in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions: The operation with pedicled transverse preputial flap is an efective method for hypospadias repair.
