帕金森病患者抑郁状况的调查和护理

Investigation and nursing of depressiue state in Parkinson disease

摘要: 目的: 调查帕金森病患者抑郁状况,并对其制订出相应的护理措施。方法: 采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表,对50例患者进行问卷调查,并给予对应护理。结果: 抑郁发生率58%,不同性别、年龄和职业间抑郁发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 帕金森病患者伴发抑郁发病率高,应加强对该类患者心理支持、用药指导、功能锻练、维护安全等护理。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the features of depression in patients with parkinson disease (PD) and to formulate nursing measures.Methods: Zung depression scale was used to measure the level of depression of 50 patients with PD, and the PD patients with depression were given corresponding nursing care.Results: 58% cases of PD were identified as having depression.Depression in PD patients had no relation with sex, age or occupation (P>0.05).Conclusions: The incidence of depression is high in patients with PD.PD patients with depression should receive nursing care in psychology, medicine administration, functional exercise and safety.
