肺癌PTEN、MTA1、p73表达与预后相关性

    Correlation between the expression of putative protein tyrosine phosphatase, metastasls-associated gene, p73 and the prognosis in patients with lung cancer

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨肺癌组织中蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(putative protein tyrosine phosphatase,PTEN)、肿瘤转移相关基因(metastasls-associa ted gene,MTA1)、p73表达状况与其预后的相关性。方法: 采用免疫组织化学链霉菌卵白素过氧化物酶连接(SP)法,使用抗体PTEN、MTA1、p73对117例肺癌组织进行联合标记。结果: 肺癌组织中PTEN表达65例(55.56%),MTA1表达21例(17.95%),p73表达63例(53.85%)。PTEN与MTA1之间和MTA1与p73阳性表达差异均有显著性(P<0.005)。结论: PTEN蛋白表达在高分化型肺癌,无淋巴结转移者明显高于低分化者及有淋巴结转移者。MTA1基因蛋白表达以差分化癌为主,几乎均有淋巴结转移。p73基因的表达对于正常组织来说是一种肿瘤防御或应激基因,一旦组织发生癌变将触发p73基因应激性增强表达,执行其防御功能。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of putative protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTEN),metastasls-associated gene(MTA1),p73 and the prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Methods: PTEN,MTA1,p73 antibody were marked symphonically with immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase conjugated (SP) methods in 117 cases of lung cancer tissues.Results: In the lung cancer tissues,PTEN expression in 65 casas(55.56%),MTA1 in 21 cases(17.95%) and p73 in 63 cases(53.85%).The expression of MTA1 was significantly different from that of PTEN and p73 (P<0.05).Conclusions: PTEN protein expression is significantly higher in that with non-lymph node metastasis of well-differentiated lung cancer than in that with lymph node metastasis of poorly-differentiated ones.MTA1 protein expression is mostly found in patients with poorly-differentiated cancer accompanied by lymph node metastasis.p73 gene expression is a kind of neoplasm defense gene.Once normal tissues turn to cancer,p73 gene will enforce the expression and execute defense function.
