递增负荷运动对机体运动能力的影响

    Effects of incremental load training on exercise capacity

    • 摘要: 目的: 通过建立运动性疲劳的人体实验模型,动态观察递增负荷运动对机体运动能力的影响。方法: 采取5周递增负荷训练模式,测定最大摄氧量(maximal oxygen uptake,VO2 max)和心率达到170次/分时身体的做功能力(physical working capacity,PWC170)。结果: 随着运动负荷递增,训练组PWC170训练全程均逐步增加,VO2 max较训练前提高(P<0.05),对照组实验前后VO2 max的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 经过5周递增负荷运动训练,机体运动能力增强,表现出良好的适应状态。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of incremental load training on exercise capacity by establishing exercise fatigue model.Methods: The maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max)and physical working capacity(PWC170)were measured at five-week incremental exercise training protocol.Results: With exercise loads increasing,compared to preexercise,maximal oxygen uptake of exercise group elevated(P<0.05),while control group had no change(P>0.05).PWC170 increased week by week.Conclusions: During five-week incremental load training,exercise capacity is raised as a result of adaptability.
