经尿道电切术联合羟喜树碱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎24例

Transurethral electrovaporization combined with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin in treatment of cystitis glandularis: Report of 24 cases

摘要: 目的: 观察经尿道电切术联合羟喜树碱(hydroxycamptothecin,HCPT)灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法: 对24例腺性膀胱炎患者首先去除诱发因素,经尿道电切术后行HCPT膀胱灌注。结果: 临床症状完全消失18例,复发2例,好转4例。结论: 经尿道电切术联合羟喜树碱灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种有效方法。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the therapatic effect of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) combining transurethral electrovaporization in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods: Twenty-four patients with cystitis glandularis were removed of the inducements,and then treated with intravesical instillation of HCPT after transurethral resection.Results: All the 24 cases were followed up.The recurrence was observed in 2 cases.The clinical symptoms of 18 cases disappeared and 4 were alleviated.Conclusions: Combination of the transurethral electrovaporization with HCPT intravesical instillation is an effective method in treating local recurrence of cystitis glandularis.
