Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the role of transcranial Doppler(TCD) in diagnosis of menstrual migraine in female middle school students.
Methods: TCD technique was adopted to study the blood flow states of 60 female middle school students with menstrual migraine.
Results: The velocity of the blood flow of intracranial arteries of the female middle school students with migraine was faster, and the average velocity of the blood flow was obviously higher than that of the healthy controls(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: TCD technique is reliable in diagnosis of menstrual migraine.
