Abstract:
Objective: To explore the role of interfering the body temperature of premature infants receiving blue phototherapy in incubator.
Methods: Sisty prematures in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The body temperature(T) of the intervention group was taken before blue phototherapy. When the T was between 36.5℃ and 37.5℃,the incubator temperature was decreased 1℃;when the T was <36.5℃,the incubator temperature was decreased 0.5℃;The control group were given blue phototherapy directly. The febrile incidence between the two groups was observed during the treatment.
Results: The febrile incidences of the two groups were 20% and 66.7%,respectively,with statistic difference(
P<0.005).
Conclusions: Regulating the incubator temperature in accordiance to the prematures' temperature taken before blue phototherapy can effectively decrease the incidence of febrile.
