宿州市交通警察血铅水平调查及其相关因素分析

    Blood lead levels of traffic police in Suzhou city and the correlative factors

    • 摘要: 目的: 调查安徽省宿州市交通警察血铅水平,探讨其影响因素。方法: 对可能影响血铅(Ŷ)的因素即外勤年限(X1)、血红蛋白(X2)、吸烟与否(X3)、血锌(X4)等进行了单因素相关和多因素逐步回归分析。结果: 交通警察血铅和尿铅均数为119.79 μg/L和6.99 μg/L,与对照组(88.38 μg/L和5.34 μg/L)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001和P<0.01)。单因素分析表明血铅与外勤年限呈正相关(P<0.001),与血红蛋白呈负相关(P<0.001),多元逐步回归方程为:Ŷ=132.95+0.93X1-0.86X2+7.37X3+14.30X4。结论: 交通警察血铅有随外勤年限增加呈升高趋势,且使血红蛋白合成受到一定程度抑制。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the blood lead levels of traffic police in Suzhou city and the correlative factors.Methods: The blood lead levels of the traffic police in Suzhou and the correlative factors were studied.A mono-factor correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were carried out to analyze the possible factors affecting blood lead levels(Ŷ),such as outdoor-on-duty years(X1),hemoglobin(X2),smoking(X3) and blood zinc(X4).Results: The average levels of blood lead and urine lead of the traffic police were 119.79 and 6.99 μg/L respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the controls(88.38 and 5.34(μg/L))(P<0.001 and P<0.01).In mono-factor correlation analysis,the blood lead levels showed a positive correlation with outdoor-on-duty years(P<0.001),and a negative correlation with concentrations of hemoglobin(P<0.001).In multiple stepwise regression analysis,the regression equation was established as Ŷ=132.95+0.93X1-0.86X2+7.37X3+14.30X4.Conclusions: It suggests that the blood lead levels rise with the increase of outdoor-on-duty years,and the synthesis of hemoglobin is inhibited to a certain extent.
