    血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑皮质下小血管病变的相关性研究

    The correlation of the level of plasma homocysteine and subcortical small vessel disease

    • 摘要: 目的:研究血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与脑皮质下小血管病变(SVD)的关系及其意义.方法:选择90例患者(SVD组),包括腔隙性脑梗死和脑白质病变,经头颅MRI证实;同时选择同期非SVD住院患者90例作为对照组.测定比较2组血浆Hcy水平.结果:SVD组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:血浆Hcy水平增高是SVD的独立危险因素.

       

      Abstract: Objective:To study the relationship between the level of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and subcortical small vessel disease(SVD), and the clinical significance.Methods:The levels of plasma Hcy in 90 cases with cerebral SVD(including lacunar infarction and white matter lesion) diagnosed by MRI(SVD group) and 90 hospitalized patients without SVD(control group) were compared.Results:The levels of plasma Hcy in SVD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The level of plasma Hcy increasing is an independent risk factor of cerebral SVD.
