    正交试验优选十味桂芪真武颗粒水提工艺

    Optimization of water extraction process for preparing Shiwei Guiqi Zhenwu granules by orthogonal design

    • 摘要: 目的:优选十味桂芪真武颗粒的水提工艺.方法:采用正交设计,以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷的含量和得膏率为指标,考察溶剂量、提取时间以及提取次数对提取结果的影响,筛选最佳提取工艺.结果:最佳提取工艺参数为:加6倍水,煎煮3次,每次1 h.结论:优选的提取工艺切实可行.

       

      Abstract: Objective:To establish an optimal extraction process for Shiwei Guiqi Zhenwu granules.Methods:The yield of dry extract and the extraction rates of astragaloside A and paeoniflorin were used as the indices;the orthogonal design was used to investigate the influence of the solvent volume extraction time and extraction frequency on the extraction results.Results:The best extraction process was adding 6 times of water and decocting three tiwes, 1 hour each time.Conclusions:The optimal extraction process is feasible and reliable.
