康复新防治奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的效果观察

Effect of Kangfuxin on the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by Oxaliplatin

摘要: 目的:观察康复新在防治胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后使用奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性反应的效果。方法:选择胃肠道肿瘤患者74例进行护理观察,随机分为对照组38例和观察组36例。对照组采取常规护理方法;观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用康复新局部湿热敷。结果:2组患者周围神经毒性分级及患者肢体疼痛情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:康复新局部湿热敷可以缓解奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性反应,且操作方便,宜在临床推广。

Abstract: Objective:To observe the effects of Kangfuxin on the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by oxaliplatin after gastrointestinal malignant tumor operation.Methods:Seventy-four patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into the control group(38 cases) and observation group(36 cases) after operation.The control group were nursed using conventional nursing methods, the observation group were nursed using conventional nursing methods combined with Kangfuxin local wet compress.Results:The differences of the peripheral nerve toxicity grading and limb pain between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusions:Kangfuxin local wet hot compress can effectively alleviate the oxaliplatin-induced peripheral nerve toxicity, which is worth clinical promotion.
