Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of Kangfuxin on the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by oxaliplatin after gastrointestinal malignant tumor operation.
Methods:Seventy-four patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into the control group(38 cases) and observation group(36 cases) after operation. The control group were nursed using conventional nursing methods, the observation group were nursed using conventional nursing methods combined with Kangfuxin local wet compress.
Results:The differences of the peripheral nerve toxicity grading and limb pain between two groups were statistically significant(
P<0.05 and
P<0.01).
Conclusions:Kangfuxin local wet hot compress can effectively alleviate the oxaliplatin-induced peripheral nerve toxicity, which is worth clinical promotion.
