Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the related factors of the severe complications following gynecological laparoscopic operations and prevent the complications.
Methods:The data of 3210 patients treated with laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed from June.2003 to May.2013.
Results:Compared with the uterus adnexal surgery, the incidence of complications and transfering operation rate of hysterectomy were significantly increased(
P<0.01).The transfering operation rate of hysteromyomectomy was significantly higher than that in the uterus adnexal surgery(
P<0.01).The number of patients treated with gynecological laparoscopic operations increased from June.2003 to May.2008, and the incidence of severe complications of hysterectomy decreased significantly(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The incidence of severe complications following gynecological laparoscopic operations and transfering operation rate are related to the operation type, operation difficulty and performer level.
