Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of dynamic scanning with 64 slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of the subtype of renal cell carcinoma(RCC),and improve its diagnostic accuracy.
Methods:Twenty-two patients with RCC diagnosed by pathology(including 11 cases of clear cell RCC,4 cases of papillary RCC and 7 cases of chromophobic cell RCC) were treated with dynamic enhancement scanning of 64 slice spiral CT.The tumor diameter,enhancement degree and mode were analyzed by CT imaging.
Results:The differences of the CT value of plain scan between the papillary RCC,clear cell RCC and chromophobic cell RCC were not statistically significant(
P >0.05).The CT value in clear cell RCC during the corticomedullary phase,parenchymal phase and excrete phase were significantly higher than those in papillary RCC and chromophobic cell RCC(
P<0.01).The differences of the CT value between papillary RCC and chromophobic cell RCC during the corticomedullary phase,parenchymal phase and excrete phase were not statistically significant(
P >0.05).
Conclusions:The enhance degree of different hypotype RCC has a certain diagnosis and differential diagnosis value in hypotype of RCC.
