    The serum levels of IL-12, IFN--γ, IL-10, IL-4 and Th1/Th2 in preeclampsia patients and its significance

    • 摘要: 目的:研究正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期患者外周血中白细胞介素(IL)-12、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-10和IL-4的水平及临床意义,探讨辅助T细胞Th1/Th2细胞因子在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法:选择30例子痫前期孕妇(子痫前期组),同期住院分娩的无妊娠并发症的30例孕妇作为对照,检测2组孕妇血清中IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-10和IL-4含量并分析。结果:子痫前期组血清中的IL-12、IFN-γ蛋白水平及其mRNA含量均明显高于正常妊娠组(P < 0.01),而IL-4、IL-10及其mRNA含量均显著低于正常妊娠组(P < 0.01)。结论:Th1型细胞因子表达增加,Th2型因子减少以及Th1/Th2比例失衡可能是子痫前期发病的重要原因。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the levels IL-12,IFN-γ,IL-10 and IL-4 in peripheral blood of normal pregnant women and preeclampsia patients and its clinical significance,and investigate the role of Th1/Th2 cytokines of helper T cell in pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods: Thirty pregnant women with preeclampsia and 30 normal pregnant women without complications were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively.The serum levels of IL-12,IFN-γ,IL-10 and IL-4 in two groups were detected and analyzed.Results: The serum protein levels and mRNA expressions of IL-12 and IFN-γ in observation group were higher than that in control group(P < 0.01).The serum protein levels and mRNA expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 in observation group were lower than control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions: The type Th1cytokine expression increasing,the Th2 expression decreasing and proportion imbalance of Th1/Th2 may be the important causes of preeclampsia.
