Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the optimal anesthesia program and its effects during the course of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)-knife in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.
Methods: Sixty patients with hepatic hemangioma were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group and observation group were treated with conventional resection and HIFU-knife,respectively.The anesthesia program and clinical effects between two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results: The stage ASA Ⅰ anesthesia effect in 52 cases were identified, the good rate of which was 86.7%.The operation time, recovery time and visual analogue scale scores in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The treatment of hepatic hemangioma with HIFU-knife is effective and small trauma. The anesthesia during the operation can play positive effects on the operation, treatment and recovery of the disease.
