    应用型精神医学专业培养模式改革及探索

    Reform and exploration of the training mode of applied type of mental medicine specialty

    • 摘要: 目的:探索应用型精神医学专业培养模式及其改革效果。方法:根据医学教育改革发展方向和社会人才需求改革形成应用型精神医学专业培养模式,选择培养模式改革前的2014届毕业生112人和改革后的2015届毕业生113人作为研究对象,对其毕业理论考试和技能考核成绩进行比较。结果:专业培养模式改革后学生的毕业理论考试成绩、毕业技能考核成绩以及总成绩均高于改革前学生(P<0.05)。结论:应用型精神医学专业培养模式改革符合医学教育改革趋势,促进了学生理论知识的学习和临床技能的训练,提高了精神医学专业学生的综合素质。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the application of medical professionalism training mode reform effects.Methods: By demonstrating formed in accordance with the medical education reform and development direction and the social demand for talents of medical professionalism training mode,training mode reform of the class of 2014 112 students and culture after the implementation of the reform mode of graduates of 2015 113 students as the research object,of its graduate theoretical examination and skills examination data analysis.Results: Medical professionalism cultivation mode after the implementation of the students graduated from the theory test scores,graduation skills assessment scores and total score were higher than those of the students prior to the implementation of the model,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Application of medical professionalism training mode and conforms to the trend of the reform of medical education,promote the learning of students' theoretical knowledge and clinical skills training,promote the spirit of medical students' comprehensive quality raise.
