    血清铁蛋白与脑出血后脑水肿的相关性研究

    The correlation of serum ferritin with brain edema after intracerebral hemorrage

    • 摘要: 目的:研究血清铁蛋白与脑出血后脑水肿的相关性。方法:选取住院患者36例设为观察组,另选取30名健康志愿者为对照组。检测2组24 h血清铁蛋白,并在第3天对观察组进行头颅复查。结果:观察组发病24 h血清铁蛋白(307.91±48.87)μg/L,显著高于对照组的(116.52±46.81)μg/L(P<0.01);血肿体积在入院第3天较入院12 h内有所提高,但绝对水肿体积与相对水肿体积均较入院12 h内有所增加(P<0.05)。血清铁蛋白与入院12 h内相对水肿体积无相关关系(P>0.05),而与入院第3天相对水肿体积呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:血清铁蛋白可作为诊断脑水肿变化的一个评估项目。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the correlation of serum ferritin with brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods: Thirty-six patients with ICH and 30 healthy volunteers were divided into observation group and control group,respectively.The levels of 24 hours serum ferritin in two groups were detected,and the head of the observation group were reexamined in the third day.Results: The level of serum ferritin in observation group(307.91±48.87)μg/Lwas significantly higher than that in control group(116.52±46.81)μg/Lafter 24 hours of onset(P<0.01).The level of hematoma volume declined in the third days than within 12 hours,but the relative edema volume and absolute edema volume were more than twelve hours of admisson(P<0.05).The level of serum ferritin was not correlation with the relative edema volume within 12 hours of admission(P>0.05),but the level of serum ferritin was positively related to the relative edema volume at the third day of admission(P<0.01).Conclusions: The level of serum ferritin can be used as an evaluation item in the diagnosis of brain edema.
