    淮南地区早孕妇女TORCH 9项调查分析

    Investigation of the nine parameters of TORCH in early pregnant women in Huainan

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨淮南地区孕早期妇女TORCH 9项抗体检查状况。方法:应用化学发光法检测273例孕早期妇女血清TORCH 9项抗体。结果:孕早期妇女血清TORCH 9项检测中IgG阳性率以HSV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ最高,IgM阳性率以TOX最高;不同年龄组孕早期妇TORCH抗体-IgM阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2014、2015和2016年3年间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同季节TORCH抗体-IgM阳性率差异有统计学意义,冬季阳性率12.50%和春季14.08%阳性率高于夏秋季(P<0.05),夏季的阳性率1.79%最低。结论:淮南地区孕早期妇女存在一定的TORCH阳性率,具有季节性特点,冬、春季节积极监测和预防先天性TORCH感染是非常必要的。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the TORCH infection condition in early pregnant women in Huainan.Methods:The nine parameters of TORCH in 273 early pregnant women were detected using chemiluminescence(CLIA).Results:The positive rates of HSV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ IgG and TOX IgM were the highest in the nine parameters of TORCH in the early pregnancy women.There were no significant difference in the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in different ages pregnant women,and during 2014 to March 2016(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in different seasons(P<0.05),the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in Winter(12.50%) and Spring(14.08%) were the highest,and the positive rate of TORCH-IgM in Summer was the lowest(1.79%).Conclusions:TORCH-infection in pregnant women in Huainan can be found,which has the seasonal characteristics.It is necessary to monitor and prevent the congenital TORCH infection in Winter and Spring.
