    CYP4F2基因多态性与云南汉族人群冠心病的相关性研究

    Study of the correlation between the gene polymorphism of CYP24F2 and coronary heart disease in Yunnan Han population

    • 摘要: 目的:研究CYP4F2基因多态性与中国云南汉族人群冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法:采用Sequenom MassARRAY®对云南汉族人群198名正常人(对照组)和514例CHD病人(CHD组)CYP4F2基因rs2108622、rs3093135两个单核苷酸多肽位点的多态性进行基因分型,分析该基因多态性与CHD的相关性。结果:对照组和CHD组两个等位基因频率分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);校正年龄、性别、体质量指数等因素后logistic回归分析显示rs2108622位点携带T等位基因者患CHD的风险降低(P<0.05);rs3093135位点携带A等位基因者患CHD风险降低(P<0.05)。结论:CYP4F2基因多态性与云南汉族人群CHD发生风险相关。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the correlation between the gene polymorphism of CYP4F2 and coronary heart disease(CHD) in Yunnan Han population.Methods: The polymorphisms of rs2108622 and rs3093135 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in CYP4F2 gene of 198 normal people(control group) and 514 patients with CHD(CHD group) were genotyped using the SEQUENOM Mass-ARRAY system.The correlation between the gene polymorphism of CYP4F2 and CHD was analyzed.Results: The difference of two allele frequencies between two group was statistically significant(P<0.01).After adjusting the age,gender and body mass index,the logistic regression analysis showed that the CHD risk of patients with rs2108622 T allele decreased(P<0.05),and the CHD risk of patients with rs3093135 A allele decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions: The gene polymorphism of CYP4F2 is correlated with the risk of the CHD in Yunnan Han population.
