    不同剂量乙醇对垂体后叶素致家兔急性心肌缺血的影响

    Effect of different doses of ethanol on the acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rabbits

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨不同剂量乙醇对急性心肌缺血的影响。方法:36只家兔随机分为6组:对照组、垂体后叶素组、5%乙醇+垂体后叶素组、10%乙醇+垂体后叶素组、20%乙醇+垂体后叶素组、30%乙醇+垂体后叶素组。观察不同给药组血流动力学、心电图指标,实验结束后测定血浆肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结果:与对照组比较,垂体后叶素组和30%乙醇+垂体后叶素组心电图ST段抬高、T波在1 min、3 min和5 min时幅度均增高,血浆CK、LDH活性均增加(P<0.05);与垂体后叶素组比较,5%乙醇+垂体后叶素组和10%乙醇+垂体后叶素组ST段、T波幅度均下降,血浆CK和LDH活性均降低(P<0.05)。结论:5%乙醇和10%乙醇对垂体后叶素所致家兔急性心肌缺血有保护作用,而30%乙醇加重垂体后叶素诱导的心肌缺血。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of ethanol on acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits.Methods: Thirty six rabbits were randomly divided into the control group, pituitrin group,5% ethanol+pituitrin group,10% ethanol+pituitrin group,20% ethanol+pituitrin group and 30% ethanol+pituitrin group.The hemodynamics and electrocardiogram in different groups were observed. After the end of the experiment,the activities of plasma creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were measured.Results: Compared with the cotrol group,the ST segment significantly elevated,the breadth of T wave at 1 min,3 min and 5 min significantly increased,and the activities of CK and LDH significantly increased in pituitrin group and 30% ethanol+ pituitrin group(P<0.05).Compared with pituitrin group,the ST segment and T wave breadth decreased,and the activities of CK and LDH significantly increased in 5% ethanol+ pituitrin group and 10% ethanol+pituitrin group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The 5% and 10% ethanol have protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rabbits, while 30% ethanol can aggravate the myocardial ischemia.
