    同型半胱氨酸及高敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

    The correlations between the serum levels of homocysteine,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and degree of coronary artery atherosclerosis

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)病人冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法:选取疑似或已确诊CHD并接受冠状动脉造影的病人128例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为单支病变组(33例)、双支病变组(32例)、三支病变组(29例)及非CHD组(34例);检测并比较各组Hcy及hs-CRP水平。结果:随着冠状动脉病变支数增加,CHD病人的Hcy和hs-CRP水平也随之升高(P<0.01);三支冠状动脉病变病人高Hcy的比例高于非CHD组和单支病变组(P<0.05);CHD病人Hcy与hs-CRP呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:CHD病人随冠状动脉病变支数增加,Hcy和hs-CRP水平亦随之增高,同时两者之间具有相关性;Hcy加重冠状动脉病变的机制之一可能是炎症反应。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the correlations between the serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and degree of coronary artery atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients suspected or diagnosed with CHD were divided into the single branch lesion group(33 cases),double branch lesions group(32 cases),three branch lesions group(29 cases) and non-CHD group(34 cases) according to the results of coronary arteriography.The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP between four groups were compared.Results: With the increasing of branch of coronary lesions,the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP increased.The ratio of high Hcy in patients with two and three branch lesions was higher than that in patients with single branch or non-CHD patients(P<0.01).The level of Hcy was positively correlationed with the level of hs-CRP in CHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusions: With the increasing of branch of coronary lesions,the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP increase,and the level of Hcy is correlated with the level of hs-CRP.The mechanism of Hcy aggravating the coronary artery atherosclerosis may be related with inflammatory reaction.
