    纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、C反应蛋白和血尿酸与急性脑梗死的相关性

    Correlation between the serum levels of fibrinogen,D-dimer,C-reactive protein and uric acid,and acute cerebral infarction

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨血清纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和尿酸(UA)分别与急性脑梗死(ACI)的关系。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年11月经诊治明确的55例ACI病人作为ACI组,并按照临床神经功能缺损程度的评分标准分为轻型组(18例)、中型组(26例)和重型组(11例)。将同期55名健康体检人群作为对照组。2组分别检测Fib、D-D、CRP和UA。观察血清Fib、D-D、CRP和UA水平及与神经功能缺损程度的相关性。结果:ACI组病人血清Fib、D-D、CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血UA水平在ACI组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在ACI病人组中随着神经功能缺损程度的加重,Fib、D-D、CRP水平呈现出逐级增高的趋势(P<0.05~P<0.01)。血UA在ACI病人分组中测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ACI病人神经功能缺损程度与Fib、D-D、CRP水平有相关性,对病人的诊断治疗具有指导意义。UA水平与急性脑梗死未见明显相关性。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationships between the serum levels of fibrinogen(Fib),D-dimer(D-D),C-reactive protein (CRP) and uric acid(UA),and acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods: Fifty-five ACI patients from February 2015 to November 2016 were divided into the ACI group,and subdivided into the mild group(18 cases),medium group(26 cases) and severe group(11 cases) according to the score of the clinical nerve function defect.Fifty-five healthy people were set as the control group.The levels of Fib,D-D,CRP and UA were detected,and the correlations between the serum levels of Fib,D-D,CRP and UA,and degree of nerve function defect were analyzed.Results: The serum levels of Fib,D-D and CRP in ACI group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance in the difference of UA level between the ACI group and control group(P>0.05).With the aggravating of the degree of nerve function defect,the levels of the Fib,D-D and CRP gradually increased in ACI group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in serum UA level among the ACI patients(P>0.05).Conclusions: The degree of never function defect is related to the levels of Fib,D-D and CRP in ACI patients,which has guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment of ACI.The UA level is not obviously related to ACI.
