The value of metastasis associated protein 2 expression level in the prediction of the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨转移相关蛋白2（MTA2）作为结直肠癌病人疾病预后标志物的价值。方法：采用组织芯片方法及免疫组织化学方法检测结直肠癌组织和临近非肿瘤组织中MTA2表达情况，采集病人随访信息，统计分析MTA2表达与病人临床病理学特征间关系。结果：与临近非肿瘤组织相比，结直肠癌组织中MTA2表达上调（P<0.05）。结直肠癌组织中MTA2表达是疾病独立相关因素，与病人疾病预后不良密切相关（P<0.01）。结论：MTA2与结直肠癌病人预后密切相关，作为结直肠癌病人疗效评价和预后的分子标志物具有较高价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of metastasis associated protein 2(MTA2) expression level in the prediction of the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods: The levels of MTA2 mRNA and protein expression in 90 cancer tissue samples and adjacent noncancer tissue samples were detected using the tissue microarrays and immunohistochemistry,respectively.The relationship between MAT2 level and clinicopathologic features were statistically analyzed.Results: Compared with the adjacent noncancer tissue,the expression of MTA2 in colorectal cancer was upregulated(P<0.05).The MTA2 expression was an independent correlation factor of colorectal cancer,which was closely correlated with the poor prognosis of patients(P<0.01).Conclusions: The MTA2 is closely correlated with the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer,which has more higher value in evaluating the clinical effect and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
