Abstract:
Objective:To compare the reset effects and knee joint function of sustaining plate(SP),locking plate(LP) and double locking plate in treating complex tibial plateau fracture.
Methods:The coronal fractures of internal condyle in 46 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture were examined using CT.The patients were divided into the SP group(12 cases),LP group(14 cases) and bilateral LP group(20 cases). The operation time, bleeding loss, postoperative healing, knee jiont function and complications between three groups were compared.
Results:The operation time, bleeding loss and healing time in SP group were significantly higher than those in other two groups(
P<0.01 to
P<0.05). The differences of the excellent and good rate of postoperative knee joint function and incidence rate of complications between three groups were not statistically significant(
P>0.05).
Conclusions:The effect of the bilateral LP in treating the coronal fractures of internal condyle in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures is better.
