Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).
Methods:One hundred and twenty-four female patients with PFD were randomly divided into the simple training group and joint group(62 cases each group). The simple training group and joint group were treated with the pelvic floor muscle training and pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training for 4 weeks, respectively. The scores of quality of life in two groups were evaluated after treatment using SCL-90.
Results:After treatment, the clinical efficacy in joint group was better than that in simple training group(
P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in muscle electrical potential between two groups before treatment(
P>0.05).After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle potential in two groups significantly increased compared with before treatment(
P<0.01),and the increasing degree of which in joint group was significantly higher than that in simple training group(
P<0.01).After treatment, the scores of compulsion, interpersonal relationship, hostility, paranoid and psychoticism in joint group were significantly lower than those in simple training group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:Pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training can effectively improve prognosis, electrophysiological properties of pelvic floor and quality of life of patients with PFD,which is worthy of promotion and application.
