Relationship between CYP2E1 rs3813867 genetic polymorphism and susceptibility of gastric cancer in Hakkaness

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨细胞色素P450（CYP2E1）基因单核苷酸位点rs3813867多态性与客家人群胃癌遗传易感性的相关性。方法：分别对梅州客家人群中52名健康体检者（对照组）和51例胃癌病人（胃癌组）的CYP2E1基因rs3813867位点进行基因分型及等位基因检测，评价该位点与胃癌易感性的关系。结果：CYP2E1基因rs3813867位点在梅州地区客家人群中存在GG、GC、CC多态性，在胃癌组和对照组中基因型分布频率分别为62.75%、33.33%、3.92%和59.62%、34.61%、5.77%，等位基因G、C分布频率分别为79.41%、20.59%和76.92%、23.08%，2组差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），2组人群性别和年龄<60岁者各基因型分布差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），而2组人群年龄≥ 60者各基因型分布差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：CYP2E1基因单核苷酸rs3813867位点与客家人群胃癌的易感性无明显关系。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the correlation between the polymorphisms of CYP2E1 gene single nucleotide rs3813867 and genetic susceptibility of gastric cancer in Hakkaness.Methods:The genotypes and alleles of CYP2E1 rs381386 in 51 gastric cancer patients(gastric cancer group) and 52 healthy people(control group) from Hakkaness in Meizhou area were detected,and the correlation between which and susceptibility of gastric cancer were evaluated.Results:The GG,GC and CC polymorphisms in CYP2E1 rs381386 in Hakkaness in Meizhou were found.The distribution frequency of GG,GC and CC genotypes in gastric cancer group was 62.75%,33.33% and 3.92%,respectively,and that in control group was 59.62%,34.61% and 5.77%,respectively.The distribution frequency of alleles of G and C in gastric cancer group and control group was 79.41% & 20.59% and 76.92% & 23.08%,respectively,and the differences of which between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of the genotype distribution frequency in different sex and ≥ 60 years old patients between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference of which in <60 years old patients between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The genetic polymorphisms of CYP2E1 rs3813867 is not significantly correlated with the susceptibility of gastric cancer in Hakkaness.
