Abstract:
Objective:To explore the role of DAN2 expression in breast cancer maliganant degree and positive estrogen receptor(ER).
Methods:The DNA2 mRNA in carcinoma tissue and para-carcinoma tissue of 132 breast cancer patients were extracted, and the expression level of DNA2 mRNA was detected using real-time quantitative PCR.The relationships between ER,and DNA2 expression and degree of malignancy were analyzed. The expressions of DNA2 protein in ER positive and ER negative cells were detected, which was used to verify the positive correlation between DNA2 and ER.
Results:The positive ER was positive correlation with DNA2 expression, and the positive ER could up-regulate the DNA2 expression. The positive ER was not correlation with tumor malignance, and the positive ER upregulated the DNA2 expression to increase the MCF7 cells resistance to CPT.
Conclusions:The regulation of the DNA2 expression can significantly promote the metastasis of malignant tumor, and the positive ER up-regulates the DNA2 expression to increase the drug resistance of tumor cells.
