    六安市4所医院护士生命质量影响因素分析

    Analysis of the influencing factors of nurse's quality of life in four hospitals of Lu'an city

    • 摘要: 目的:分析六安市4所医院护士生命质量(QOL)的影响因素,为提高护士QOL提供科学依据。方法:采取整群随机抽样的方法,于2016年7-10月选取六安市4所医院的520名护士作为研究对象,并一对一进行问卷调查,最终有效问卷472份,有效率为90.8%。结果:不同年龄组护士QOL在生理、心理、社会、环境领域总体感觉得分之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。已婚的护士在社会领域的QOL得分高于未婚的护士(P<0.05),而在其他领域差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。月薪4 000元以上的护士在心理、社会和环境领域的QOL得分均偏高(P<0.05),不同职务中专科护士长在心理和环境领域得分较高(P<0.05)。每月值夜班1~4次的护士在心理和社会领域QOL得分高于不值夜班以及值夜班多于4次的护士(P<0.05)。结论:医院相关部门应对月薪、职务较低的护士以及每月值夜班次数多于4次的护士给予重视,采取有效的措施来提高护士的QOL。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of nure's quality of life(QOL) from 4 hospitals of Lu'an city,and provide a scientific basis for improving QOL of nurses.Methods:Five hundred and twenty nurses from 4 hospitals of Lu'an from July 2016 to October 2016 were investigated using cluster random sampling method.The effective questionnaires were 472,and the effective rate of which was 90.8%.Results:The differences of the scores of physical,mental,social,enviromental fields of QOL and the overall feeling score in different ages nurses were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of the social fields of QOL in married nurses were higher than those in unmarried nurses(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in other fields(P>0.05).The scores of mental,social and enviromental fields of QOL in nurses with monthly salary more than 4 000 yuan were more high(P<0.05).The scores of mental,social and enviromental fields in specialized chief nurse with different position were more high(P<0.05).The score of mental and social fields of QOL in nurses with night shift for 1 to 4 times a month was higher than that in nurses without night shift,and with night shift more than 4 times a month(P<0.05).Conclusions:The related department of hospital should pay more attention to the nurses with low salary,low working position and more than four times of night shift a month,and take effective measures to improve the QOL of nurses.
